In this 75-minute class expect a blend of Hatha Yoga Asana or postures within a vinyasa flow or set sequence, with an emphasis on whole body wellbeing. Tone, nourish and strengthen muscles and joints, helping you develop body awareness, steadiness and balance.
Suitable for beginners, and those new to yoga, as well more experienced practitioners. You do not have to be flexible to benefit from this class! Designed to help you bring mindful attention to movement and breath, strengthen your body using a range of postures and drop into deep relaxation. You will also learn Pranayama or yogic breathing techniques and experience guided Yoga Nidra or relaxation at the end of each class.
Carine offers three different set sequences rotating every four weeks, helping you to get to know these Asana, Pranayama and Yoga Nidra. Also exploring a wider range of those practices and revisiting sequences again to deepen into the experience
