Beginners' yoga

Allow yourself to switch off for 20-30 or so minutes - and leave the class feeling refreshed and ready for the rest of the week. You will learn some simple breathing practices to calm the mind whilst developing your lung capacity. I will then guide you through a practice of yoga nidra, a secular practice that can take your mind and body into a deep relaxation. This class is free for those attending the yoga asana (posture/movement) practice.
